How does InfoQuest work?

A company (you) constructs a customised survey from a unique library of different subject cards. Then, at one or more of our global operating centres, those cards are placed into an InfoQuest survey box and mailed to the company's top customers, who then read each card, place them in the box's labelled answer compartments and return it to us by mail.

All the customers you've selected to participate are pre-validated by telephone.  Once they agree to participate, the first phase of the InfoQuest Business Process Review is the assembly and delivery of our proprietary InfoQuest box to each customer.

InfoQuest use a library of over 300 customer opinion cards dealing with such business related subject areas as:

• Sales
• Administration
• Business Practices
• Communications
• Relationships
• Customer Service
• Deliveries
• Product
• Product Service
• Management Relationships

A deck of 36-60 cards, containing a combination of questions and statements, is custom assembled, placed inside the box, and mailed to key customers.

The customer reads each card, then places it into one of five compartments alternately labelled Totally Satisfied to Totally Dissatisfied, or, Totally Agree to Totally Disagree.

Each survey box also contains a supplementary information form that allows customers to provide additional written comments.  When the customer is finished, the box, which is supplied with postage pre-paid mailing material, is returned to us for processing.

Most customers need less than 15 minutes to complete the survey. The average response rate is between 70% and 75%.
